Measuring the website

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and features people find useful. It sets cookies in your browser and records the pages you view, how far you read, and interactions such as opening the repair scope demo or the fee calculator. We use this to decide what to write and build next.

We do not run advertising on this site, and we do not use this data for ad targeting or to build a profile of you across other websites. Google Analytics processes an approximate location from your IP address; we do not receive your full IP address from it.

When you contact us

The forms on this site send what you type—your name, company, work email, phone number, station or market, fleet size, current body shop, and anything you write in the message—to our team. We store each request in our own systems on Amazon Web Services, email it to support@nova4a.com, and post a notification to an internal channel so someone responds.

We also record how you reached the site with that request: the campaign parameters in the link you followed, the page you landed on, the referring website, and your Google Analytics identifier. This tells us which of our content led to the conversation.

Your IP address is used only to limit automated abuse of the form, and is stored as a one-way hash rather than the address itself.

We use your details to reply about fleet services and account setup. We do not sell or rent them. Submitting a form does not create an account, start a trial, or subscribe you to a plan.

Who else sees it

Google (analytics), Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage, and email delivery), and Slack (our internal notifications) process this data on our behalf. Nothing on this site is shared with Amazon’s delivery business. Dantzig Fleet Solutions is independent of Amazon.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on, and the site will still work. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email support@nova4a.com and we will handle it.

Changes

If we change what we collect, we will update this page and the date above.
