Repair costs are separate from the monthly subscription. On Nova Body, the customer platform fee is 40% when you choose a Nova network body shop, or 1% when you use your own body shop. Only the rate for the shop you choose applies; the two fees are not added together. On Nova Basic, the fee is 20% for a Nova network body shop or 0% for your own body shop.

Your quote shows the total before you accept. Payment processing is separate: ACH is 0.8%, capped at $5; card payments are 2.9% plus 30 cents.
