About Dantzig Fleet Solutions
Dantzig Fleet Solutions (DFS) helps Amazon DSP fleets manage body and mechanical repairs. We use Nova Fora to connect your fleet, your repair shops, and the record of each job.
What DFS does
We help your fleet team decide which repairs a van actually needs, get quotes from shops for that same scope, and follow the work through to a finished repair record.
- Body repair: select the defects needed for your target condition grade, then compare a quote from your current shop with a Nova network quote for the same work.
- Mechanical repair: shops accept the work before the van moves, RUSH priority highlights route-critical repairs, and shop scorecards track the share of repairs completed within 96 hours—a tracked measure, not a promise.
- Roger in Slack: drivers report problems in Slack, and Roger asks for missing details and files a repair record. Roger is included with Nova Basic.
Every job ends with a documented repair record—the evidence you need when Amazon or your lessor questions a damage charge.
DFS and Nova Fora
Nova Fora is the repair-coordination platform DFS services run on. Your fleet team, your repair shops, and DFS work from the same Nova Fora records: the repair scope, quotes, approvals, pickup and return, completion photos, invoices, and shop payment. When you log in, you sign in to Nova Fora at app.nova4a.com.
Who DFS is for
DFS is built for Amazon DSP owners and fleet managers, and for the body and mechanical shops that repair their vans. The plans, DVIC+ inspections, and Roger are set up around how DSP fleet teams work.
DFS is not a repair shop: the shops do the repair work, and DFS coordinates the scope, quotes, and records. If you run a different kind of fleet, check with us before you sign up. Curated repair partners are available only in supported areas.
Dantzig Fleet Solutions is independent of Amazon.
